    At Francis Clark Financial Planning (FCFP), we're seeking a confident individual to collaborate with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and other colleagues to elevate the experience of our Wealth Management Service clients.

    Internally, we refer to this role as 'Client Executive', however suitably experienced candidates may currently be in an Assistant, Client Executive, Client Liaison, Administrator, or Coordinator position within the Financial Planning/IFA or Financial Services sector.

    This position requires 3 days per week working in our Exeter office with the option to work from home for the remainder.

    Develop a comprehensive understanding of Francis Clark Financial Planning's service proposition, operational processes and procedures
    Prepare and proactively support the timely delivery of the annual review service
    Take responsibility for tasks and ensure accurate completion within expected timescales and to the highest quality
    Contribute to process and quality improvement initiatives
    Demonstrate excellent time management
    Adhere to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules
    Comply with Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), Training & Competence (T&C) and, financial crime procedures (anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud, and corruption)
    You are looking for a role that is heavily focused on building and maintaining excellent working client relationships. Working as a team with Financial Planners to provide excellent service to our clients.
    Experience in a client facing support role within a financial service setting
    Good working knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection
    Excellent diary management, planning and organisational skills
