    Description

    To support the Head of Risk Management in the design and implementation of R isk & P ayments projects.

    Driven by data and/or demand, this role will provide the department and stakeholders with recommendations for the use of new tools, products and optimisation of current processes and technology.

    List of their Key Responsibilities :


    • Support the Head of Risk management on all risk and payment projects from end to end.


    • To identify areas of improvement in the various backoffice tools, reporting, etc. and liaise with the Product & Technology teams to ensure the smooth delivery.


    • To identify opportunities to improve the services provided by various Fraud, Risk, Payment Teams through new tools and processes.


    • Working together with all the Fraud, Risk, KYC and Payment departments and optimise the various departments' processes, ensuring that they are both efficient and fit for purpose. These processes need to be continuously reviewed to ensure that they are streamlined and make the best use of the technology available.


    • Working together with the relevant departments and optimise the departments' technology to improve automation and ensure the existing technology is being effectively used.


    • Encourage communication and collaboration across the department.


    • Ongoing review of risk and payments division identifying achievements, challenges and risks to the effectiveness of the team.


    • Recommend changes or improvements to systems and processes, ensuring they are compliant with the relevant regulations.


    • Assist with any migration or centralisation of payment and risk teams.


    • Deputise for Head of Risk Management when required.

    What competencies and experience will this person need in order to be successful in the job?


    • Degree level or equivalent qualifications and/or experience


    • Excellent knowledge and experience of KYC , Risk & P ayment s .


    • Experience of working at least 5 years in the gaming industry including multi-jurisdictional, multi-language markets


    • Multi-site operational experience.


    • Proficient in MS Office Tools and MS Excel in particular .


    • At least 3 years' experience working under regulated markets (at least 3 of those).


    • Written and spoken English language skills.


    • Ability to problem solve under pressure.


    • Excellent ability the review reports in an analytical manner


    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment


    • Strong Stakeholder management and presentation skills.
