Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral/Behaviour Support Assistant to join a School school in Gainsborough.
As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will provide support to students, monitor behaviour, and work closely with teachers to ensure students receive the necessary support to excel academically.
Offering support to students with their studies, including one-to-one or small group sessions.Monitoring behaviour, identifying and addressing patterns of poor behaviour.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Providing guidance and support to students, ensuring their welfare is protected.
Contributing to the development of school policies and :
Previous experience working as a teaching assistant, learning support, or counselling.
A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
This is a term-time only role, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a role with more flexibility to balance work and childcare commitments.
