- Support robust end to end EMEA recruitment and onboarding process.

- HR Documents, forms, policies/legislation, job descriptions
- Maternity counselling
- Assisting on the disciplinary process and procedure when necessary
- 5+ years working in HR at HR Business Partner/advisor Level
- Experience of working in an ISO environment desirable
- Experience in dealing with complex overseas employment contracts.
- Experience managing the full functions and processes of a HR department
- Must be able to drive and live within a one hour commute of the Stamford, Lincolnshire site
