- Locating and issuing stock to prepared kitting lists, labeling this stock with correct order number, goods received number, quantities, description. Visually inspect items for correct values, manufacturer's part numbers and quality, where appropriate.
- The use of the Macola stock enquiry system and computer print outs for stock, components and sub-assemblies in relation to specific works orders and job numbers.
- Keeping and recording accurate stock levels.
- To handle all goods inwards deliveries in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
- Record all deliveries accurately using the Company's computer system, including dealing with all receipts and associated documents.
