    Description

    Admin Assistant, Yeovil, 40.5 hrs/w, Mon-Thur 7:30am - 5pm, 7:30am - 12pm on Fridays, up to £13ph.

    We are looking for a motivated and professional Admin Assistant to join a great team in Yeovil

    As Admin Assistant, you will provide a high quality and professional administrative service. Ensuring daily administration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will act as the first point of contact for individuals contacting the business, often presenting yourself as the face of the business.

    Your duties will include:

    • Welcoming and guiding visitors correctly– including issuing visitor badges and printing and storing visitor sign in sheets.
    • Answering and forwarding phone calls once screened
    • Answering enquires by phone in person or email
    • Produce invoices from POD's
    • Daily scanning and filing of orders
    • Scanning, inputting notes and archiving of job cards
    • Scanning of delivery notes
    • Order stationary
    • Book in consumables – e.g. paint

    You will bring with you your previous administration experience, and a positive can-do attitude, as well as:

    • Excellent written communication and computer skills to include word, excel and PowerPoint.
    • Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems.
    • Good interpersonal skills, professional and courteous demeanour, excellent phone etiquette and well presented.
    • Excellent time management, multitasking and flexibility.
    • Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
