    Step into the dazzling world of GONG, our award-winning bar perched on the 52nd floor of the iconic Shard, within the Shangri-La Hotel. Immerse yourself in the realm of exquisite indulgence, where our menu boasts a staggering 20 signature cocktails (and that's not counting the timeless classics) paired with an array of sensational dishes. Here, we embody luxury and Asian influence in a fast-paced, high expectations environment.

    We're looking for a candidate who has a level of experience within a similar environment; Our waitstaff will provide the finest personalised service by adhering to the Shangri-La's food and beverage brand standard.     Who we're looking for:

    ·Someone with a pleasant and welcoming manner

    ·Knowledge of Food & Beverage systems

    ·Experience in a luxury, 5 Star Hotel/Bar preferred

    ·Flexibility and reliability

    ·Oral and written fluency in English

    ·Confidence in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
