Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing

You will be mandated to make lending decisions in the best interest of the customer and the Society.

What You'll Bring


Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at Skipton, so you'll need a genuine respect for people and service skills our customers will love.

You'll also be a key contributor in a team that's growing and evolving, so if you're one of those people who embraces change, we'd love to have you on board.


Finally, you will be an ambassador for the Mortgage Lending team, contributing to the overall performance of the whole department whilst being happy to accept and provide feedback in a constructive manner.

As you develop within the role you will be at the forefront of improving our processes to make the customer journey as good as it can be.
