    Job Description:

    This is typically a job with more authority and responsibility at this job level. It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate job level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact to the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.
    • Has moderate to extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline
    • Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments when entering this job level, developing towards having full accountability processes or business objectives
    • Continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project
    • Typically resolves problems using existing solutions, but may also solve complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions
    • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
    • Can be a Line Manager for Business Operations and T1 roles (up to 3)

    Data, Analytics and Insights function connects multiple sources of information to drive decision making through the use of data. Associates with this expertise support the business by using data to solve cross functional problems.

    Job Family:
    Advanced Analytics, Insights & Data Science
    Create value from complex, granular and individual level big-data. Data scientists build novel solutions, applying state-of-the-art machine learning and AI techniques from initial concept to productionization.All solutions include rigorous statistical methods such as A/B testing, sampling and model performance evaluation to create the proof points and confidence in these outcomes. Deep expertise in exploiting longitudinal individual level data to create an understanding of consumers and processes that change how we do business. Data Science
    Data Science work includes:
    •Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets
    •Analysis may be applied to various areas of the business (e.g., Market Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing/Advertising, Scientific Research, etc.)
    •Researching and applying knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions
