    We are looking for a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to:

    • implement and deliver UBS business critical cloud native application
    • delivery of infrastructure in Azure via IaC scripts for our clients while ensuring UBS policies are met or exceeded
    • implementing CI/CD solutions and pipelines as well as supporting the broader team in adopting DevOps culture
    • be a hands-on problem solver and technical expert who can demonstrate knowledge and experience of using Azure or similar Cloud provider and related technologies (IaC using ARM and/or Terraform, use of pipelines etc...)

    Your team

    You will be part of a global team based within CDIO GF Data Platform. The team is building a strategic Azure cloud calculation and data platform, MEGDP (Multi-Tenant Enterprise Governed Data Platform), for Group Finance and Risk to replace existing legacy systems. The MEGDP serves many use cases including regulatory reporting, analytics, and data science.

    Your expertise

    • build and setup new CI/CD tooling and pipelines
    • deliver Azure infrastructure for development teams
    • work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
    • work alongside software developers and software engineers to ensure development follows established processes and patterns
    • collaborate with technology and business partners
    • write, test and examine code
    • build and maintain software in an Agile, fast paced DevOps environment
    • reduce lead time of business changes, increase deployment frequency, reduce time to restore service and reduce change failure rate for our business partners
    • implement and improve monitoring and alerting
    • container management and related technologies
    • linux and shell scripting
