What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics); Master's degree preferred.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching science at the secondary level.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

The Role
We are seeking a highly ambitious and committed Director Assistant Secondary Science to join the department from September 2024.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Science in driving forward science department. You will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of all science-related activities and initiatives within the secondary school.
