- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Chartered status with MICE, CIWEM, or CIHT.
- Strong experience in drainage design and flood risk assessments.
- Proficiency in agreement sections S38, S278, S104.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and technical design skills.
- Commercial awareness of costing, budgets, and quotations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Causeway Flow, PDS, and Microsoft Office suite.
