Salary dependant on experience

Full Time position

Permanent Contract

Location:
Preston

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Preston, Blackburn & Chorley Agency.

About the role:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will provide an excellent standard of advice and service to a portfolio of commercial and farming clients.

You will primarily work alongside our Agents in managing the client relationships throughout the year and be the first point of contact.

This role will be made for you if you are passionate about fostering relationships and helping clients find the right products to suit their needs.

You will work independently and manage client requirements within the scope of a busy client book that spans all business sectors and classes of commercial insurance.

This will include client contact and visits, alongside our Agents.

We are looking for a results driven, advice-led Commercial Account Handler who has experience servicing good sized commercial clients (£20,000+ GWP business).

You will be detailed orientated, ambitious and be keen to take your career to the next level.

**About you: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

An interest in meeting new people and relationship management skills
A resultsdriven approach to work in order to meet targets and deliver results to tight deadlines
The ability to analyse and interpret data
Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Excellent time management skills and selfmotivation
A driving license and access to own vehicle is essential
Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
A levels &/or degree (or equivalent) and Cert CII are desired

This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive.
