Field Service Technician

Job Type:

Join adedicated FieldService Team at a leading technology company in the healthcare sector.

With a history of innovation, theyare looking for a FieldService Technician who will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and technical support for their comprehensive product range.

This role is vital in maintaining their commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support across all product ranges.
Highlight customer issues and contribute to the corrective actions process, offering feedback on product performance.
Support the returns process to facilitate product improvements and modifications.
Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.

Implement strategies to reduce service costs, including reducing parts usage, maintaining correct van stock profiles, and focusing on a high first-time fix rate.

Provide support for complaint escalations and attend product update meetings and refresher training.
Collaborate with the Regional Lead Engineer to enhance customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and business profitability.
Proven customer service experience.
Basic knowledge of electrical and communication systems.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
Must pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Full driving license.
FIA Unit 5 certification.
Experience in servicing and maintaining alarm/communication systems.
