    Location- The White Horse

    We are looking for an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous/Senior Sous Chef who is ready to let their ability shine. As leaders in our businesses Head Chefs are the figureheads of the dining operation. Your experience of fresh food, managing and developing people and running beautiful kitchens will set you up for success.

    Do you have...

    • A high standard of food knowledge and skill with full fresh ingredients from scratch
    • A born leader who wants to drive a team of hardworking, friendly, and ambitious Chefs who are working towards the common goal of excellence
    • Up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge
    • A willingness to develop on a personal level whilst also propelling the brigade forward

    At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food. We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple. What you see is what you get in every venue. If you are passionate about providing our guests with great quality and straightforward food and drink then a career at a proper pub could be for you. The White Horse is a friendly pub situated in the heart of Aberystwyth offering delicious food, great drinks and unforgettable experiences. We pride ourselves on being dog, family and LGBTQ+ friendly. We love to have fun here and are known for putting on entertaining events such as Retro Party nights, Virtual pub quizzes, LGBTQ & Drag nights as well as TTRPG (table top gaming) We also show all major sporting events and pay-per-view too.
