    Location- The White Horse

    We are looking for an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous/Senior Sous Chef who is ready to let their ability shine.

    Your experience of fresh food, managing and developing people and running beautiful kitchens will set you up for success.
    A high standard of food knowledge and skill with full fresh ingredients from scratch
    Up-to-date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge

    At our proper pub sites we pride ourselves on providing a proper home for live sport, serving a proper pint and consistently offering proper pub food.

    We aim to create a proper, traditional pub atmosphere for our guests. Proper pubs are transparent and simple.

    The White Horse is a friendly pub situated in the heart of Aberystwyth offering delicious food, great drinks and unforgettable experiences.

    We love to have fun here and are known for putting on entertaining events such as Retro Party nights, Virtual pub quizzes, LGBTQ & Drag nights as well as TTRPG (table top gaming) We also show all major sporting events and pay-per-view too.
