    Description
    We are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our maintenance team supporting a retail contract in the Cambridge area on a mobile basis

    The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertaking a variety of maintenance PPM and reactive maintenance work including:

    HVAC and building maintenance works including PPM servicing
    Fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems
    Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjusting BMS systems.
    Mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
    Minor installation work


    Ideal Candidate:
    Recognised NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
    Proven building maintenance experience
    F-GAS 2079 CAT1
    Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
    Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
    Full driving licence
