Ashley Kate HR are delighted to be working with aglobal organisation who are looking to add a HR Advisor to their UK HR Team.

This is remote role with travel across UK sites (roughly once a week).
The salary is circa £35,000 plus car allowance.


Main duties:

  • To work with the business to provide effective, accurate and timely professional HR advice and support to key stakeholders/line managers, ensuring guidance is in line with employment law and best practice.
  • To coach, support and build capability in line managers to manage the employment relationship effectively and guide managers on company policies and procedures as required.
  • To support the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that these are up to date and relevant
  • To support change initiatives, including acquisitions, restructures, redundancies, TUPE, redeployment and office closures

About you:
equivalent experience.

You will have proven track record of delivering high-quality, tailored HR Support and significant practical experience of managing complex employee relations and demonstrable experience of handling employment law related matters of mediumto high complexity.
