    Description

    Contracts Manager wanted in the West Midlands

    KBB Recruitment are please to be working with a privately owned family business renowned for the quality of its superior kitchens. Establishment in 80s, with roots dating back to the mid 40's, our client has grown a solid reputation.

    Salary Range: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum + (own car with mileage)

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Problem solving / fault finding skills are essential
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Background in kitchens, either design or installation based
    • Ability to build excellent working relationships to attain goals
    • Ability to identify the needs of the client
    • Understanding of Health and Safety legislation and have CSCS card
    • Working knowledge of purchasing system and processes
    • Broad knowledge and understanding of Company's products, markets, and Manufacturing (Quality Standards, Policies Processes and Systems)
    • Resilient, patient and hard working
    • Organised with a high attention to detail
    • Team Player, who is willing to learn new skills
    • Flexible to meet the needs of the business and adaptable in approach
    • Thrive on delivering results and business objectives
    • Experience working on high rise projects

    Role Responsibilities

    • Full ownership and control of the projects installations, and the staff within this team
    • Typically, this will be high rise, mixed with student accommodation, and where business needs require it, we may ask you to coordinate low rise properties in particular geographical areas
    • Manage, lead, and develop the existing installation teams, ensuring robust planning is in place
    • Ability to work to strict deadlines
    • Responsibility for the recruitment of staff and installers where required
    • Ownership and control of the commercial aspect of our installations on sites
    • Main point of contact for customers, communicate and work directly with both customers and internal teams
    • Provide excellent aftercare service for our customers
    • Invest time and energy in building the future
    • Allocate staff and resource as effectively as possible across our many projects

    Benefits

    • 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and early finish on Friday 08:00 - 14:10
