NEW VACANCY - CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)


Hours:08:00hrs - 17:00hrs


Start:
Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)


Contract:
Permanent / Full-Time / 5 days a week in the office

Dalston, London - E8


Company Description


Culture Guru is recruiting for their client, a family-run business producing jewellery for over 40 years with an extensive company portfolio, their speciality being wedding and engagement rings.

They have built a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and innovation of which they are proud and they continuously strive to be the leaders in innovation and design.


As a Customer Service Agent, you will be reporting to the Sales Managers with administrative duties and ensuring the smooth running of the business within your role.

You will continue to be a brand ambassador for this 5* luxury business and will work on being as efficient as possible with a positive attitude.

You will be the "go-to" person for managing and processing customer orders as quickly and qualitatively as possible.


The role will include but is not limited to the following;

  • Administrative support adhoc requests from Sales Managers/ Office,
  • Order courier updates to customers
  • Internal communication between departments to provide accurate updates to customers
  • Management of order processing from initiation to delivery
  • Quotation generation for customers

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Determined to achieve the best resolutions in given situations
  • Superb communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Industry experience and knowledge would be advantageous

Additional Information
This is an office-based role and you must be able to commute daily to E8.
