We are looking for a talented generalist to help us build relationships with high-profile enterprises and drive revenue.

As a Key Account Operation Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and operation excellence on a daily basis.

We're looking for rising-star who can operate independently, move fast, and get things done.

The Day-to-Day Activities:


  • As the key person for relationship between B2B Team with Clients
  • You will assist Sales Lead in B2B expansion & operations
  • Crossfunctional relationship: Work with our product, operations, and Grab for Business teams to make sure our Clients have the best service possible
  • You are responsible for the Invoicing, Collections (Payment) from Clients
  • You develop and escalate partnerships, services, and payment issues between Grab and Clients
  • You support Ground Operations Team

The Must-Haves:


  • You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales operation
  • You are an effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
  • You are a selfdriven, highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment
