    Cover Supervisor (Secondary Schools)
    £85 - £110 per day

    Career Teachers is pleased to collaborate with a diverse array of schools across Chesterfield and the surrounding areas, seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to bolster secondary education.

    No formal teaching qualifications are necessary - your enthusiasm and dedication to maintaining classroom continuity in Key Stages 3 & 4 is what counts If you are confident in your ability to engage and motivate students, this role is for you

    Your responsibilities will encompass:
    Stepping into the classroom when teachers are unavailable, providing adept student supervision.
    Executing prearranged lesson plans with confidence, ensuring seamless classroom operations.
    Facilitating student engagement and focus, fostering an inclusive and conducive learning atmosphere.
    Embracing a range of subjects, spanning from Physical Education to English, Science to Drama, and beyond.
    Directing class cohorts of up to 30 students, guiding them toward academic excellence.

    Proficiency in managing classroom dynamics and behavior with poise.
    Adaptability and resilience to navigate unforeseen challenges with composure.
    The confidence to lead and inspire students, ensuring their ongoing academic progress.
    Collaborative aptitude, as teamwork is integral to our educational ethos.

    Salary & working hours:
    Daily rates of pay vary dependent on experience between £85 to £110.

    This is a flexible role with both full-time and part-time positions available - meaning, you have full control of when you are looking to work and how many hours you want to complete.

    All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
