The role and the workWhat you'll do
Gather information and verify details/research potential leads and contacts (names and contact details of key decision makers) using tools such as LinkedIn, Costar, jobs boards, as well as the internet and telephone.
Support the Business Development Team with data collation for networking and lead generation opportunities (information on business sectors, markets, companies).
Undertake research to execute relevant campaigns to generate enquiries.Contact companies to explain the services TSK offers and qualify the prospect via calls, emails and social media.
Monitor and manage emails to ensure that enquiries are dealt with promptly and leads are qualified.
Follow up with and nurture the qualified leads until they are appropriate to handover to others.
Book new business appointments where appropriate.
Ensure the CRM database is accurate, updated and progress of prospects is managed through the pipeline, undertaking regular cleansing as required.
Provide data required for the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management.Identify and manage subscriptions for lead forensics.
What you'll need to be successful

confident and consultative when talking to prospects and customers on the phone, especially decision makers; having a positive and engaging manner.

high standard of service, attention to detail and organisation.

the ability to work independently using initiative and to be proactive; whilst also working collaboratively with all teams in order to work effectively and efficiently and contribute to organisational success.
Ability to maintain information systems.Skilled use of Microsoft programmes to obtain, process and combine information (particularly the internet, Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook).
Good knowledge and use of social media.
Ability to work under pressure, show initiative and confidence to contribute ideas to improve how TSK does things.
The ideal candidate
Experience of working within a Design and Build context.
Previous experience of lead generation.
Educated to GCSE level in English and Mathematics.
Previous experience of maintaining information systems – specifically Hubspot.
Experience of handling commercially sensitive information.
