    Description
    In2 Resourcing are working on behalf of a long-established AV systems integrator who are based out of London. Our client is looking for an AV Systems Designer due to increased growth in workload for the design team.


    You will be working closely with the Head of Systems Design and company directors to ensure their clients receive an excellent level of service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales/Pre-sales Support

    Assisting Sales as a consultant on projects requiring high level technical and design knowledge.

    Working closely with the pre-sales department, you will be ensuring that all designs operate as they should before a handover takes place with the projects team.

    Working closely alongside the Technical Director and Company Directors on technology and the direction it is taking in order to aid in future proofing the business.

    Design Standards

    Possess thorough and comprehensive knowledge of AV design and engineering.
    Relevant industry experience ideally with appropriate technology qualification.
    Expertise within creating scalable AV CAD drawings.
    Design & Specify AV systems including schematic production.
    Provide M&E, architectural & IT information to the professional team on the AV design.
    In-depth knowledge of IT and AV system design. High level of computer literacy including MS office. Design Manager

    Experience of Audio Visual Design in Residential, Hospitality and Commercial markets.
    Develop the in-house design team to agreed standards for documentation and delivery.
    Managing the design team on a day to day basis.
    Managing design workload to ensure designs are completed to company standard and delivered on time.
    Mentoring CAD operator to grow AV skills and knowledge. This role would suit someone from a Systems Design background within an hour commute of London
