- Providing first tier supervision, support and guidance to Subcontracts Specialists and Graduates including peer review of internal and external contract documentation
- Advising project and tender teams on sourcing and procurement strategies
- Developing comprehensive RFQ/ITT documents
- Undertaking commercial/contractual evaluations
- Negotiating, drafting and executing contractual agreements
- Ensuring compliance with internal subcontracting policies, processes and procedures
- Engaging with internal stakeholders and promoting cross department engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with current and potential Suppliers
- Degree qualification in Law, Business or Quantity Surveying
- Relevant experience gained in a subsea/oil and gas contract/subcontract environment
- Experience of Supplier Performance Management, LOGIC contracting principles and ERP Systems
- Strong commercial experience, including creation and review of commercial bid evaluations.
- Effective team player, with strong mentoring skills and the ability to support and develop the team
- Ability to confidently negotiate contractual/commercial terms
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with good command of English language

Job Description
Make your mark as Senior Subcontracts Specialist for Boskalis Subsea Services located in Aberdeen. Working as part of the Subcontracts team, you will actively manage the planning, sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, administration and performance management of the subcontracts required for assigned projects.
