This role will provide administrative support on all HE recruitment and admissions activities and processes to achieve agreed student enrolment targets, enhance the customer journey and improve data reporting processes.
The position will also support the Recruitment and Admissions Team in developing recruitment plans, materials and content that supports HE recruitment and admissions.
This role can be based in either our London Office or from Home; however, we would require the successful post-holder to attend meetings and workshop activities on-site and attend event fairs where necessary. This role is Fixed Term, up to 12 months Maternity Cover.
We are also looking for someone with great attention to detail and evidence of a strong contribution to administration as well as to the general life and work of an academic institution or similar.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Recruitment and Admissions Team in the administration of on campus events such as Drop ins, Open Days, Summer University and more.
- Create and analyse reports on recruitment and admission cycles to support recruitment planning process.
- Sending out communications for school visits to LIBF campus.
- Take and distribute notes in team and external team meetings.
Due to the high volumes we receive, it may not be possible to respond to all applicants who are unsuccessful.
