LHH are working with a start up Media brand based in West London, they are building a new finance team and are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their growing team in West London (hybrid working).


This role would suit a person who is looking to develop their business partnering skills as you will be working with a select group of company entities to assist them in their commercial and strategic business decisions.


This is a newly created role is to drive growth and partner with a variety of key stakeholders across their European business.


  • For this Finance Business Partner role your responsibilities will include:_
  • Review their business commercial and provide insight and detailed financial analysis
  • You will be tasking with creating KPI reports to assess their business growth plans
  • Deliver analysis to senior stakeholders across the entities.
  • Supporting internal teams to drive customer growth and revenue
  • Be the go to business partner for expertise knowledge in their marketing
  • Take responsibility for delivering and reviewing budgets and reforecasting process
Key skills you will require for this role will include:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA equivalent
  • Possess commercial experience in business partnering, challenging and influencing stakeholders.
  • A clear communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where tasks can change daily
  • It would be advantageous to have worked in Media, Gaming, Video Streaming or a Subscription based companies but not essential
