    Job Title:
    Maintenance Technician
    78 (plus shift allowance and paid overtime where required)

    Hours:
    Full Time (3 shift pattern)

    Not required


    Relocation/Sponsorship:
    Not supported with this role.
    As a Maintenance Technician you will provide maintenance support to the facility. You will be a multi skilled craftsmen, who has experience working in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
    Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown maintenance on a wide range of equipment including but not limited to:

    • Robotic welding systems
    • Welding Plant
    • Overhead and Semi Goliath Cranes
    Diagnostic and programming PLCs

    • Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions on industrial/assembly equipment, machinery and building as required
    • Perform preventative maintenance as per schedules
    • Carrying out Dynamic Risk Assessments
    • Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy and safe working practices
    • Undertake training/further learning as required
    Accredited apprenticeship qualification

    • Have a fully flexible approach to the job role and responsibilities
    • The ability to read and follow electrical schematic drawings and relevant technical drawings
    • Willing to work a multishift system including reasonable amounts of overtime as and when
    Experience in using PLC based systems would be an advantage

    • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
    • Multiskilled in both electrical / mechanical functions
    • NEBOSH / IOSH training and/or be able to demonstrate through previous experience, a positive attitude towards safety
    • Experience in carrying out Dynamic Risk Assessments
    • Experience using FLT and MEWP
