Our client is a fast growing pharmaceutical business with a brilliant product that could improve countless peoples lives.To oversee the annual audit of the Company's accounts and to ensure they are filed on a timely basis each year.
To oversee the preparation of Company's annual tax return and to ensure it is filed on a timely basis each year.
To ensure all payroll processing is carried out accurately and efficiently and that all the Company's HMRC employee payroll obligations are met.
To ensure the Company's financial control processes are fully adhered to and to monitor and enhance these same processes as considered necessary for SOX compliance purposes.
To ensure the Company's VAT Reporting obligations are met and deal with any communications raised by HMRC in this regard.
To ensure that the Company's statutory filing obligations at Companies House and other relevant corporate legal obligations are met.
Responsible for preparing and/or reviewing monthly account reconciliations and posting of related journal entries for the UK company.Production of monthly employee R&D qualifying cost analysis report for R&D Tax Credit calculation purposes.
Oversight of accounts payable and vendor payment processing
Experience managing corporate tax filings and related HMRC requirements.
~ Knowledge of payroll taxes and related HMRC requirements.
