    Description

    Regional Buyer UKI & EuropeDo you have over 3 years indirect buying experience in category areas of HR, IT or Travel?Ability to stakeholder manage with senior executives across the UK and Europe?Do you have a proven track record of delivering cost reduction projects and drive value improvement initiatives throughout the category ?MacGregor Black are partnering with a Food Manufacturing business on the search for a Regional Buyer UKI & Europe.

    This is a permanent role based in Chiswick.
    Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver cost reduction projects across regional spends and drive value improvement initiatives throughout the category.

    Provide information and impact assessments for Global Procurement teams to support Global procurement strategies and plans and execute them for the region.

    Act in accordance with and bring to life the One Procurement Community (OPC) to enable pladis Journey to Procurement Excellence (JPE)Undertake broad procurement responsibilities across category strategy and supply chain.

    Graduate qualification or confirmed procurement experiencePrevious experience within Indirect ProcurementExcellent knowledge of sourcing practices and ability to lead end to end sourcing processExcellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills with a confident demeanorPositive demeanor and ability to make things happen to deliver outstanding resultsProficient project and organisational change capabilitiesStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExperience in Professional Services, HR, Travel, or IT categoriesExperience with SAPCompetitive salary + benefits.
