    Description de la mission
    Au sein de la Service Line Environnement dans le département Ingénierie environnementale et écologique, rattaché(e) au responsable du site de Lyon, en tant que Directeur(trice) de projet, vous mènerez les missions suivantes dans le domaine des infrastructures de transports et de l'aménagement du territoire (rail, route, électrique, fluvial, maritime, aménagement urbain, énergies renouvelables) :
    Le management de projets pluridisciplinaires complexes dans le domaine de l'environnement et de la biodiversité (entre quelques centaines de k€ et 5M€) : encadrement d'équipe de production, suivi de la sous-traitance, suivi de la qualité
    Le management d'équipes pluridisciplinaires dans le cadre des projets
    La gestion des contrats sur le plan administratif et financier : suivi de facturation, suivi de la rentabilité, gestion des avenants
    Le pilotage des relations avec les clients
    La participation à des réunions publiques de concertation
    Le pilotage et / ou la participation à la production d'études environnementales en lien avec l'ingénierie des projets avec une forte composante en matière de biodiversité, d'écoconception, de maitrise d'œuvre, de dossiers réglementaires ou spécifiques pluridisciplinaires
    Le pilotage de la démarche d'écoconception et de conception écologique au sein d'équipes de maitrise d'œuvre en phase avant-projet, Projet, DCE, suivi environnemental des travaux, AMO environnement, biodiversité, développement durable (ACV, HQE aménagement, bâtiment)
    La g estion des interfaces avec les autres directions d'Egis
    Titulaire d'une formation bac +5 spécialisée en Environnement et / ou en Ecologie , vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 années en gestion de projets dans le domaine de l' Environnement / de l'Écologie dans le cadre de projets infrastructures de transport, d'énergies renouvelables ou d'aménagements urbains.
    Vous avez une bonne maitrise des procédures réglementaires environnementales des projets d'aménagements du territoire.
    Vous êtes motivé(e) pour participer à la conception environnementale et écologique des projets.
    Vous avez la capacité à manager une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire et à faire monter en compétences une équipe sur la plan technique et management de projet.
    Vos autres qualités : facilités rédactionnelles et aisance à l'oral, esprit de synthèse, rigueur d'analyse et de présentation, goût pour le travail en équipe.
    Vous respectez les échéances imposées et garantissez la fiabilité des études notamment dans un contexte multi-projets.
    Vous êtes flexible et disponible pour assurer des missions de courte / moyenne durée en France suivant les besoins des projets que vous managez.
