    Taskize is one of the most influential fintechs in pre- and post-trade automation, trusted by over 550 financial firms - custodian banks, buy-sides, broker-dealers and FMIs - across 88 countries.

    The web-native Taskize collaboration and workflow platform is used by investment operations teams including securities settlements, corporate actions and collateral management.

    It drives operational efficiencies with tools that organise, track, and prioritise tasks and ultimately reduce risk, increase capacity and improve client service.

    Taskize is owned by Euroclear, a leading global provider of Financial Market Infrastructure services.

    Our Client Delivery team work closely with leading banks and investment houses around the globe, bringing Taskize into the heart of their organisations.

    We are looking for an established and autonomous project manager to supplement the team's skills while dealing with the onboarding of our larger accounts.

    They will face off with senior stakeholders both internally & externally to analyse the clients' requirements, deliver integrations and large-scale rollouts, listen to customer feedback and provide actionable insights to Sales and Product, to name but a few.

    The successful candidate will be energetic and proactive, who is comfortable using MS Office, with a keen interest in engaging with customers while helping to streamline internal processes and procedures.

    Our office is in central London, near Liverpool Street Station.

    While all our customer-facing roles are based in the London office, some members of the organisation are distributed across Europe.

    Utilising project management skills, own the onboarding of Tier 1 financial organisations onto the Taskize platform.
    Work with Product & Sales to create relevant project materials; Provides industry and functional expertise and leadership in discovery workshops in designing, testing, documenting and production support of the product solution for the client's business needs
    Produce and maintain project materials & ensure requirements are clearly maintained and communicated to key stakeholders.

    Ensure that all feedback is clearly recorded & provided to the Product team for analysis and prioritisation, while managing client expectations.

    Help to gather customer insight and feed analysis back to Client Delivery, sales, and engineering teams within Taskize as well as the customer.

    Liaise with Product Marketing to ensure the relevant collateral is available and maintained for the clients.
    A customer-facing individual who enjoys building professional relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
    Empathetic, pro-active and positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.

    Ability to work effectively in fluid environments with effective time-management/prioritization skills while working with a team-oriented, high growth business.

    Flexible and accustomed to ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team of professionals.

    Someone to bring enthusiasm, passion and knowledge to the company and help to drive the team to their own successes.

    Experience with Smart Sheet, Atlassian products and Salesforce.
