    Head of Procurement

    Brand new role, ability to shape the procurement department for this growing restaurant

    About my client:

    My client is one of the fastest growing food businesses across the UK in its particular industry. This is a brand new role for them as they continue to expand across the UK and globally

    We're on the lookout for a Head of Procurement with direct food buying experience to join this dynamic team. You will have the ability to shape the department and take ownership over the direct and indirect categories.

    Your Role:

    • Lead day-to-day procurement operations.
    • Enhance and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
    • Own the sourcing journey and navigate tender processes.
    • Be a crucial team player, adding your unique flair.
    • Provide strategic analysis for informed decision-making.
    • Coordinate negotiations aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Maintain meticulous procurement records.
    • Handle high-value tenders and RFQs.
    • Ensure proper approvals for all expenditures.

    • Proficient in tendering and Supplier relationship management.
