    Description

    At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters' business by sales.

    The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

    This role is an excellent opportunity to take your career within HR to the next level by continually developing your people skills, being involved with a wide variety of ER cases, and becoming indispensable to the efficient running of our HR processes.

    • Experience withing food, manufacturing, or a similar fast paced environment would be advantageous,
    • Experience of advising within the Performance management process,

    Established in 1898 as an egg packing plant, our Willand site has been extremely successful for over 100 years.
