    Description

    Proclinical is searching for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Logistics for a permanent position with our innovative client.

    This role is pivotal in the design, manufacture, and support of high-performance of the organsiation. The successful candidate will report to the Global Logistics Manager and play a significant role in our global operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop logistics strategy globally
    • Manage the global supply chain data compliance and global logistical regulatory compliance
    • Lead the global strategy for cost-effective logistics, optimised transport routes, and storage levels
    • Managing 3PL and 4PL operations
    • Report end-to-end logistics costs and logistical KPI's with year-on-year improvements
    • Maintain global business process flows
    • Manage consigned materials for OEM customers globally

    Key Skills and Requirements:

    Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on logistics change management and team leadership

    Familiarity with global import/export regulations, including HRMC & Global Custom regulations

    High system literacy and effective reporting skills (SAP, Excel, etc.)

    Strong time management, organisational, and team-building skills

    Relevant qualifications such as CILT, BIFA, CIPS, Inward Processing, Auditing, and SAP proficiency are beneficial
