- Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
- Managing the health and safety on site
- Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
- Overseeing internal and externals works
- Manage the quality of completed works
- Conduct regular subcontractor meetings
- Liaise directly with Project Manager
- Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
- Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
- Oversee general dayto-day operations on the construction site
- MIUST be Gold or Black CSCS, SMSTS, FIRST AID, Asbestos and fire Marshal certified
- Minimum 5 years experience site management
- Ideally with fit out / retail or commercial project experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- MUST be proficient in MS projects
