    This is a remote position.

    The Role:

    We are seeking a resourceful and determined Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This role is your platform to become a sourcing specialist, identifying top talent for a variety of exciting positions across different sectors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leverage your research skills and networks to uncover hidden gems and build connections with potential candidates.
    • Become a master of candidate databases and job boards, efficiently sourcing qualified individuals that meet client requirements.
    • Pre-screen candidates to ensure a strong fit for open positions.
    • Partner with Recruitment Consultants to ensure a smooth flow of talent into the recruitment process.


    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools and recruitment software.
    • A passion for building relationships and unearthing top talent.
    • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
