- Forward plan staff rotas to provide adequate and safe staffing levels
- Have experience in managing a team within a learning disability setting
- Hold NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards this award
- Hold a full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Have an understanding of Autism and Sensory Considerations
