    We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join a leading FM Business based within the Wirral area.

    The Facilities Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing the building service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery.

    The role will provide a positive, professional, and seamless link between the various integrated supply teams and partner providers proactively anticipating client and customer needs whilst building relationship with building stakeholders.

    Monitoring, and reporting on agreed KPIs - ensuring performance exceeds required deliverables
    Working with the internal team, assisting with recruitment, inductions, training and development etc
