    • Your Role:

  • Working within a fast paced environment your remit will be to grow sales profitability and build excellent relationships
  • You will be accountable for the performance of key brands including Birkenstock, Crocs and UGG. all operating on a wholesale model, where the selection process is very similar to the Next own brand process. You will have the autonomy to manage the business independently and conduct your own selection /sign off meetings with the management team
  • You will liaise with a number of internal departments and definitely develop a rounded knowledge of our business.
  • Managing sales budgets and profit
  • Prepare packs prior to selection which will give insight into the historical performance and provide opportunities for the season ahead
  • Visiting brands to select future season ranges and trading reviews
  • Prepare post selection packs for sign off with management
  • In season trading to ensure sales are maximised and appropriate levels of markdown
  • Training and nurturing of Trainee Merchandiser

    • About You:

  • Great communication skills at presenting information internally and to our Brand partners is a key part of the role
  • Solid technical merchandising skills
  • Energetic ,enthusiastic and self confident.
  • Open minded to new ways of working and solving problems
  • Enjoy product / trend side of the role
