- We are looking for a skilled midwife with extensive knowledge of maternity triage and strong leadership qualities to join us as Maternity Triage Ward Manager.
- You will oversee the management of Maternity Triage, ensuring the needs of service users are met. Your role involves providing expert clinical midwifery care and demonstrating compassionate leadership to the team.
- Main Duties of the Job:
- Manage the Triage team, including rostering and supporting staff.
- Be a visible and credible leader for service users and staff.
- Deliver high-quality care based on research and Trust policies.
- Solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable ward environment.
- Communicate effectively and foster innovation in clinical practice.
- Support students and learners within the unit.

- Registered Midwife.
- Degree in Midwifery or relevant experience.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating ongoing development.
- Mentorship qualification.

- NIPE qualification.
- Leadership qualification.

- Expertise in all areas of midwifery.
