Role:
Operations Director Salary:
Six figure package Location: Herefordshire (relocation assistance available)Reporting to the Managing Director responsible for all production operations and output to achieve customer orders OTIF , OEE and meeting high safety & quality metrics.
You will be a strong communicator and will be a key advocate for engagement with internal stakeholders, workforce, unions & external stakeholders to promote operational efficiency, quality, health & safety, people development, cost efficiency & delivery.

Operations Director:
Applications are sought from experienced Senior leadership professionals with a tangible record of success in an Operational or Manufacturing Management capacity gained in a manufacturing environmento Background gained in aerospace, automotive, performance materials, medical devices or similar highly regulated quality metric manufacturing sector essentialo Strong lean toolbox – strong understanding and ability to drive Continuous Improvement activity.
o Demonstrating a history achieving profit and business growth through effective planning, cost control & full operational P&L leadershipo Strong communication skills is key; forging relationship with the workforce headcount at the businesso Qualification in Engineering or Technical discipline (Degree, HNC, HND), ideally with additional professional qualifications (ILM, MBA, IOSH etc)The opportunity:
