We are looking to expand our JTI team with a Team Administrator who will support our Project team with all admin requirements with great attention to detail and proactive thinking.

As Team Administrator, you will be supporting the Project team on our dedicated Ploom* and Nordic Spirit programmes.

This role is dedicated to our client JTI, working on the Ploom brand, supporting all the workstreams which make up the programme.


On behalf of our client, we have a team of tactical staff who act as the face of the brand by engaging with potential consumers, helping people understand the product and encouraging the sales of the product in and around London.


We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team who demonstrates excellent excel skills, a passion for delivering attention to detail with a good eye for numbers, as there will be reporting and financial admin requirements.

The role involves supporting the workstream leads but you will have your own tasks and responsibilities.

**Reduced Risk Products (RRPs) are products with the potential to reduce the risks associated with smoking.


A bit about the role

  • Administer Ploom finance calendar i.e. invoicing dates. Ensure this is brought to front of mind for project team for cashflow planning
  • Support project team with spend/cashflow forecasts by project
  • Supporting the workstream leads with financial admin such as raising new suppliers, raising purchase orders, submitting payment requests and making purchases.
  • Manage the team Barclaycard reconciliation, purchases and credit limit.
  • Timesheet management, sense checking timesheets prior to being submitted to ensure time is coded correctly with narrative.
  • Support project team members with reconciling their projects
  • Updating Square (our pointofsale system) on price changes and new bundle
  • Action customer refunds
  • Prepare monthly sales report for client
  • Supporting/absence cover for the Stock coordinator with processes on Dear, our inhouse stock management system. stock in/out
  • Run weekly stock in hand report for client

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent Excel skills, as the majority of our amin work is on Excel or Smartsheet.
  • Communication lead by example with clear communication both verbally and written. Ability to communicate concisely upwards and downwards within TRO.
  • Can work independently and is super organised so you can prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines.
  • Work style excellent team player with an approachable and adaptable persona, with meticulous attention to detail. Thrive in a highpressured environment with the ability to switch from workstream to workstream calmly, retaining a positive attitude even under pressure.
  • You love working in a fastpaced environment with lots of curve balls and lastminute surprises

Salary:
£22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
