NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME AREA

FULL TIME

PERMANENT

£21K PER ANNUM

THE ROLE
Our client is looking to recruit a Telephonist to join their busy front of house team.

This role will involve dealing with all initial telephone enquiries into the business, answering all calls promptly and professionally, ensuring calls are passed to the correct department and dealt with in line with company policies and procedures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

An excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and effective way whilst demonstrating empathy and sensitivity
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
