We are now looking for a
CRM Executive (12 month FTC) to implement and optimise our CRM strategy for the new Guardian Feast App which is launching soon In this role you will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimising and reporting on the multi-channel campaigns and journeys.


The new Guardian Feast app enables readers to easily search, save and savour the best of our collection of recipes.

If you have experience in the app industry or are eager to learn more about the industry, this is a great opportunity to get involved and maximise the marketing potential of one of the world's top publishers.


About the Role

  • Executing the Feast app CRM lifecycle strategy and help to deliver it against engagement, revenue and retention KPIs
  • Becoming knowledgeable and proficient on our audience segmentations and available data points to execute app journeys
  • Presenting plans and activity performance to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Working closely with creative and technical teams to brief, develop, feedback and analyse campaign creatives and messaging across different channels

About You

  • Previous experience (roughly 12 years) in designing and setting up multichannel campaigns and journeys using a CRM tool
  • Datadriven and comfortable with complex data sets
  • Resultsoriented and focused on delivering high quality work
  • Experience of collaborative working
  • Experience in driving engagement and retention metrics
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
  • Passion for habit creation strategies / gamification
  • Previous experience with Braze, Adjust, Tableau is desirable but not essential
