    In Business ProcessManagement Operations we are responsible for maintaining andconfiguring the integrations of our deposit taking and servicingbanks into the world of digital deposits and improving internal andexternal operations on a daily basis by managing changes related totechnical regulatory or businessdevelopments.

    Our tasks include continuouslyensuring smooth operations with partner banks investment productsand distribution partners while developing new processes alongsideanalysis and optimization of existing processes. We also manage therelationships and related operations of servicing banking partnersthat facilitate the core business deposits.

    Ourtasks are varied and require an analytical mindset and manager ofone attitude and range from improving and creating processes todaily operational tasks internal and external communication andpartner management.

    As a member of BPM you willbe given the full trust of the team and company to manage ourcompanies most important processes and you will have theopportunity to build the future of digital deposits on an equalfooting with your peers in a company with a flat hierarchy and openand accepting culture.

    YourResponsibilities

    To strengthen and develop ourteam we are looking for a motivated and committed Business ProcessManager for a full time position reporting to our ManchesterOffice.

    Your tasks include inparticular:

    • Analysis optimization andownership of core business processes
    • Internaland External Stakeholder and PartnerManagement
    • Managing internal operationalprojects end to end in cooperation with business and technicalteams
    • Analyzing data and operations creatingreports and presentations for internal stakeholders as well asexternal business partners thinking of future state and improvingupon the status quo
    • Support and responsibilityfor daily operational tasks

    YourProfile

    • You are a manager ofone
    • You have an analytical mindset and have aninternal drive to leave things better than you have foundthem
    • You are not afraid of learning and changeand asking questions when things areunclear
    • You are curious and driven to solveproblems and can communicate solutions and ideas clearly in spokenand written form
    • You have a bachelor or masterdegree preferably in business administration economics lawmarketing or a comparable field
    • First practicalexperience in startups or consulting companies is anadvantage
    • You have a systematic andserviceoriented approach to work and are verydetailoriented
    • You are able to work alone andbe a great team player at the same time
    • Yourhigh sense of responsibility goes hand in hand with the ability towork under pressure
    • You are a strongcommunicator fluent in English (German and any other language is aplus)
