(1)LG Channels Programming Manager

1)Responsibilities

• Develop and implement editorial strategy for LG Channels, O&O Channels and AVOD
• Collaborate with content providers to understand programming priorities and timelines to influence promotion and placement
• Support onboarding of new content partners, liaising with tech partners through QA, ingestion, ad placement, launch and ongoing performance monitoring
• Drive communication, education, data management, performance and reporting across partners
• Implement A/B testing strategies to maximize user engagement
• Analyze channel lineup to prioritize partnerships and promotions
• Assist with inventory forecasts and models

2)Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• English speaking country preferred and at least one other European language
• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Experience in digital video delivery with success in technical operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in digital program scheduling tools

(2)Business Development Manager

1)Responsibilities

• Work with HQ to achieve annual roadmap and revenue goals
• Negotiate existing agreements
• Explore different business models to assist LG's platform growth
• Attend industry conferences to build relationships and stay updated with trends
• Maintain relationships with clients and optimize commercial relationships
• Work on negotiation of commercial agreements

2)Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• English speaking country preferred with one other European language
• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for events
• Strong negotiation skills

(3)Senior Manager Acquisitions LG Channels

1)Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial terms for 3rd Party FAST channels and AVOD rights
• Collaborate on acquisitions plan and strategy
• Build relationships with content distributors
• Assist with budget setting and acquisitions strategy
• Utilize data to inform programming and financial decisions

2)Core competencies

• Strong negotiation skills
• Extensive network within the industry
• Knowledge of TV/FAST landscape and content licensing deals
• Excellent communication skills

3)Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• English speaking country preferred with one other European language
• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Experience in digital video delivery with success in technical operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

(4)LG Channels Partner Marketing Manager

1)Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with content partners
• Be primary marketing contact for all partners
• Work with design team on brand promotions
• Create and maintain promotional calendar
• Generate ideas for promotional stunts
• Monitor campaign performance
• Liaise with marketing teams for local campaigns
• Provide campaign reports for partners
• Assist in tracking timely delivery of assets
