    Job Description

    Eden Scott's client is currently recruiting for Risk & Compliance Team Leader, The successful individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company operates in accordance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will lead a team of talented professionals to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organisation while promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.

    As the Risk & Compliance Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. You will lead a team of talented professionals to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization while promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of risk and compliance specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies and compliance programs tailored to the specific needs of our organisation.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
    • Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to ensure our policies and procedures remain up-to-date and compliant.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate risk-related issues and recommend appropriate actions.
    • Oversee the implementation of risk mitigation measures and monitor their effectiveness over time.
    • Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory bodies, detailing the company's risk and compliance status.

    Qualifications:.

    • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with at least in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
    • Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards in all aspects of work.
