Recruitment and Referrals Coordinator
Hours and contract:
Full time, permanent (35 hours per week). Core office hours are 9am - 5pm though flexible working hours available

Recruitment and Referrals Coordinator
The perfect opportunity to join our referrals team matching experts to referrals which come into Carter Brown Experts.
Although this role is not a 360 recruitment role there are similarities. You will be responsible for matching our bank of experts to the referrals which come into us. Using our bespoke Tracker and Insight system to support you when contacting our experts.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients referring to us, rapport building with clients whilst also linking in with our expert base.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - JOB DESCRIPTION.
- Act as the first point of contact for our clients (Solicitors, Local Authorities, Private Organisations) dealing with enquiries/referrals and logging these onto our CRM system.
- Responsible for the endtoend sales/referrals process which includes matching the enquiry/referral to the best individuals from our pool of 650+ expert base (Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers & Paediatricians).
- Responding to enquiries/referrals as urgently as possible in a professional and timely manner. Providing a sales information pack to the client, tailored to the needs of the referral which will include our experts' CVs, cost estimate and timescales; in a form that sells both the expert and Carter Brown.
- Actively follow up with the client to provide further assistance in order to secure a booking for our expert or obtain feedback on decision making progress.
- Build excellent relationships with our expert base in order to maintain/increase the amount of work they undertake via our service. Working with them to establish uptodate availability to take on future work with us, with the aim to achieve the best timescales for each individual case and thus improving conversion.
- Work to individual and team KPIs to promote service growth and increase market share.
- Work closely with our Recruitment Team regarding expert need both geographically and expertisewise.
- Rapport building with clients and associates. Working closely with experts to update CV's and obtain updated timescales.
- Developing relationships with local authority and solicitor clients to best understand their assessment need presently and moving forward, with the view to increasing their enquiries/referrals and conversion rates.
- Completing daily chases generated by our bespoke Tracker system.
- Analysing referral and conversion statistics for specific clients, developing and working to communications/action plans to increase their referral and conversion rates.

£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
