- Using their CRM system to create quotes and record actions / follow ups
- Communication via the telephone with Client's buyers to build a strong trusting relationship
- Following up quotes sent out via the general account management and ensuring the communications and updates are accurately recorded
- Clear communication between the production Team in the UK as well as their overseas office in relation to orders and progress
- General data entry, ensuring accurate notes have been recorded on the CRM
- Following up any telephone / email enquires – This can be new as well as existing Customers
- Maximising the sales opportunity

They are looking for a Junior Sales Executive with the successful candidate being able to demonstrate strong office and telephone skills.
With An exceptional account / client base they are a leading manufacturing of corporate branded products.They are looking for a professional who can look after customer accounts as well as grow the Business some more.
The ideal candidate would have B2B Sales experience and be willing to progress in a long-term career within the sales industry.
You will be required to create your own pipeline and utilise their database to reinstate customer accounts. The Junior Sales Executive will need to be comfortable in making outbound calls, (this is 80% of the role).The office in Ringwood has a Team of 6 friendly staff members.
The Team spirit is lovely, Work schedules are finished up around 4:15pm on Friday to allow the Team to talk about the week over a social drink within the office.
